How M26 collects, uses, and protects your information.

When you request a quote, create an account, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, ride preferences, and any notes you provide. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, buttons clicked, and booking interactions through analytics tools described below.
We use your information to coordinate transportation, respond to inquiries, send booking updates, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted providers for authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel), maps/address autocomplete (Google Maps), and website analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager). Analytics may collect page views, navigation paths, button clicks, phone/text/email link clicks, and booking widget interactions to help us understand how visitors use our site. Google processes this data under Google's Privacy Policy. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us. Account holders can update profile details in the customer portal.
